



The only microwave inside the villa is broken. Then why would the villa falsely advertise that they have these amenities if it is OFF LIMITS to the guests who pay and book for this space? 6) We need a basic microwave since we need to warm up the milk for the babies. it is NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE FOR THE GUESTS? I called and asked and that's what the hotel staff said. 5) As advertised, they have a jacuzzi / whirlpool and dry sauna in the villa. babies/infants cannot sleep in rocking cribs.

About an hour later we received rocking cribs. I had to call the hotel staff, and they fumbled around for a bit and said they would call someone else to ask and figure it out. Of course, when we checked into the villa there were NO CRIBS. 4) Upon arrival to the villa, we had informed the hotel staff upon booking as well as in the reservation it clearly states that there are 2 infants. It is still broken and not working properly. 3) Upon arrival to the villa, the front door handle was broken. I quickly resolved this issue by telling them that we would go to the villa and do the rapid ATK test kit there. There was very poor communication from the hotel staff and for some time they were insisting that we could not check in. Everybody in our group has had 2 standard covid vaccinations and some even the 3rd booster shot, so we even provided them with the paperwork. When we contacted them, we were informed that we could take the rapid Antigen Test Kit at the lobby, but they insisted that we should have done it back at home the past 24 hours. We had to contact the front lobby staff where there was one person who could speak English, and clarify with him to let us into the gate so we could arrive at the lobby for check-in. 1) Upon arrival at the gate, the security guards none of whom spoke English seemed quite confused and were not helpful. We DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here, and here are the reasons why. We booked for 3 days, 2 nights at the Hoang Oanh Villa #15 or HO15, and it was probably one of the least pleasant hospitality and vacation experiences for us. We have 2 infants who are just 4 months old, and as all parents and customers do we care a lot about general cleanliness and of course expect professional customer service. We've always heard very nice things about Flamingo Dai Lai Resort including the villas and how it's a perfect getaway if you're living in Hanoi.
